This newly remodeled home with brand new furnishings provides two areas for families to be entertained and have some privacy.

One is upstairs for perhaps the adults, to have cocktails, a charcuterie board and the much-needed adult conversation.

And there is the downstairs area for the kiddos, to have their space for gaming, listen to music, watch tv, or they can sit right outside of the bonus room and lounge by the pool.

This spacious home boasts an open floor plan featuring plenty of windows allowing natural light for the majority of your day. The gourmet kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, a large quartz countertop and a spacious island for entertainment and culinary exploration.

The primary bedroom hosts a king-size bed, a spacious ensuite bathroom, a large walk-in closet, and a balcony that leads you to the pool for that early morning swim. No need to fight over the king-size bed, for this home has another bedroom that also contains a king-size bed with a balcony that leads you to the pool. The third bedroom has a trundle bed that comfortably sleeps two.

This home also offers two queen sofa beds and a queen size murphy bed.

The private pool area provides you with lounge chairs for sunbathing, an outdoor shower, and an area to grill and enjoy alfresco dining with a table that seats six.
